Eric Stoll, Principal Attorney & Mediator

 

Eric has practiced law in Washington for over 20 years. He has considerable experience as an attorney and mediator, handling a broad range of matters in general business transactions, commercial contracts, start-up and emerging companies, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate; as well as estate planning and probate matters, business succession, trusts and estates litigation and other fiduciary disputes.


Eric is well versed in a variety of dispute resolution styles and techniques that he uses to tailor his  mediation and conciliation approach to meet client needs.


Before founding The Stoll Group, Eric was a tax and business attorney with the law firms of Perkins Coie and Dorsey & Whitney. Prior to law school, Eric was a therapist and counselor working with children and families for various not-for-profit organizations.

Jeannie M. Osgood, Senior Attorney

 

Jeannie is a Seattle native who has practiced law in Washington for over eight years. She is experienced in corporate, business, and tax law, including federal and state regulatory compliance, drafting and negotiating contracts, and estate planning and probate. Her passion is to guide clients through the business and legal environment, addressing their individual needs. Before joining The Stoll Group, Jeannie advocated for clients as a tax consultant with Deloitte & Touche LLP and a business associate with Perkins Coie LLP. When not working or volunteering her time, she is rowing in Lake Union and asking her husband and kids to do their homework.

Julia Busko, Paralegal and Office Administrator


Julia was raised on a farm in Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin in LaCrosse. She moved to Seattle in 1985 and worked for 18 years for Balint & Associates in nearly every job position, where she handled numerous business and litigation matters among others. She spent the next 15 years at Krafchick Law Firm, handling benefits matters in disability and ERISA law. At The Stoll Group, Julia assists with estate planning, probate and trust administration; business and corporate matters. When she’s not in the office, she can be found playing her French Horn for the West Seattle Orchestra, in her yard counting her chicken’s eggs, or on the beach shucking oysters and digging for clams. 

Gelline Nicolas, Associate Attorney


A recent graduate of Seattle University School of Law, Gelline joined The Stoll Group in the fall of 2022.  In 2018, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Alberta in Canada.  During law school, Gelline clerked for a boutique estate planning law firm in Seattle and the Government of Alberta's Data, Information and Privacy Services Division in Edmonton. At The Stoll Group, Gelline assists with estate planning, probate and trust administration; business, corporate and tax matters; and fiduciary litigation.  Gelline is fluent in Tagalog and conversational in Spanish.  She volunteers with the Washington Immigrant Solidarity Network, assisting Filipino community members with communications and written translations.
