Angela recently joined The Stoll Group, having begun her legal career at Perkins Coie LLP, where she represented businesses ranging from early-stage companies to large corporations in matters including corporate governance, M&A, securities and regulatory compliance, and a wide range of business needs.
Angela brings a collaborative approach and is eager to support our clients’ growth and success, focusing on our business and transactions practice, as well as trusts and estates and mediation. In her free time, she enjoys serving the community on advisory councils and boards, building community, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying arts & culture and the great outdoors.
